For over 25 years, our commitment to providing you with superior product quality and responsive customer service has served as the cornerstone of our business principles. This philosophy stands behind each product you purchase in the form of our product warranty. Each Interpoint product is warranted to meet its published electrical specifications (see details under "Warranty"). Parts which fail to perform within specifications during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
 
Product Specifications
Product specifications for Interpoint power products are contained in product data sheets. All data sheets are carefully checked and believed to be accurate, but no responsibility is assumed for possible errors or omissions. Interpoint reserves the right to make changes without notice in products or specifications.
 
Warranty
Interpoint Corporation warrants that any of its products furnished under an accepted Buyer’s purchase order will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to Interpoint’s applicable written specifications under normal use and service for 36 months for /883, /ES and /ST products, and 18 months for all other products after the original shipment date. For defective products, Interpoint’s sole obligation is limited to, at Interpoint’s option, either crediting Buyer the original purchase price or repairing or replacing non-conforming products. Repair or replacement of non-conforming products shall not extend the original warranty period. Interpoint accepts warranty returns at no cost (less shipping) and does not accept reinspection or rejection charges.
 
This warranty may be asserted only by the Buyer (not by Buyer’s customers), and is presented in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. In no case shall Interpoint’s liability exceed the original purchase price and in no event will Interpoint be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damage, loss of time, or loss of potential profits. Interpoint does not authorize any other person to assume for Interpoint any additional liabilities in connection with the sale of Interpoint products.
 
This warranty shall not apply to products which Interpoint determines have been subjected to operating and/or environmental conditions in excess of maximum rated values or have otherwise been subjected to misuse, damage, neglect, alteration, or improper installation or test.
 
Return Procedure
To return products under the Interpoint warranty:
 
  1. Call the Return Materials Department at (425) 882-3100, or fax to (425) 882-1990 to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. At the time of the call or fax, be certain to have available the original purchase order number, the model number, the date code and, as applicable, the serial number for the part. To further expedite the process, please state the nature of the part failure. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days.

  3. Ship the part pre-paid (COD returns will not be accepted) to Interpoint and include the RMA number in all accompanying paperwork. Interpoint does not accept returns without the RMA number.

  5. Repair, replacement or credit for returned parts will be made only after Interpoint has determined that the parts are covered by the terms of the warranty. If required, failure analysis will be quoted separately upon request.
