ENGINEERING:

Project Engineer II

Responsible for overseeing the design, development and application of products for use in complex electronic systems and devices.  Provide technical support to generate Engineering documentation for products in manufacturing; interface with customers, Engineering, R&D, and Marketing to support new and existing products; and participate in special design or development projects.  Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.

Sr. Process Engineer

Responsible for designing test matrices to measure process effectiveness; evaluating new materials, methods, and equipment, and making recommendations on their implementation; establishing and maintaining documentation for processes; writing specifications for new processes; coordinating with production and QA functions to assure process controls; providing support to manufacturing.  Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2 years related experience.  Reports to the Engineering Manager.

Tooling Design Technician

Responsible for sustaining tooling design/CAD layout activities for Interpoint production and Engineering departments.  Will design assembly and test tooling/fixtures, create drawings and related documentation, maintain tooling log and filing system, and interface with customer and Engineering department for requirements, and vendors for fabrication.  Requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year technical school with one to two years related experience.  Reports to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering.

Design Engineer

Responsible for the design and development of electronic devices and systems.  Tasked with determining design approaches and parameters, including documentation and analysis, which will produce designs consistent with specified requirement and follow through to product release.  Requires a BSEE degree, or equivalent in a related discipline, and a minimum of 1-3 years of related commercial experience.  Reports to the Engineering Manager.

Sr. Design Engineer

Two Sr. Design positions are currently available.  Responsible for the development of electronic products.  Will initiate innovative circuit design, complete documentation, analysis, and characterization.  Will direct technicians when required, lead projects and meetings, and interface with customers on technical issues.  Must be able to drive issues to closure and  be able to effectively present technical information.  Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years related experience.  Reports to the Engineering Manager.

 

STORES:

Stores Clerk

Two positions are currently available for Stores Clerk.  Will Ship finished goods, receive raw material, and pick and issue components to work orders.  Will also perform all inventory transactions and cycle counts as well as support month-end activity (to include working weekends and holidays if needed).  Must be able to lift fifty pounds consistently, work in in-climate weather for short periods of time.  Will pick up and deliver product and paperwork between Interpoint facilities.  Requires a current Washington State Driver’s License with a good driving record.  Must have good written and verbal communication skills as well as basic math and ten-key.  Must also have general knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Access, ASK MANMAN, and e-mail systems.  Requires a high school education with two to four years experience.  Reports to the Stores Supervisor.

 

FACILITIES:

Facilities Engineer

Will provide Industrial Engineering support for Facilities projects to include planning, layout, design, cost estimates, scheduling and project management in support of all company organizations.  Must have knowledge of CAD project management programs and layout principles.  Requires a BS in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field, and 3-5 years experience in manufacturing facilities and/or project management.  Reports to the Facilities Supervisor.

 

FINANCE:

Sr. Cost Accountant

Responsible for integrating the company’s manufacturing activity into information that can be used by cost accounting.  Investigates unusual transactions and provides corrective action.  Determines cost of product.  Confirms fluctuations in inventory levels, and researches any GL to stock status variances that arise.  Interprets reports and records for managers.  May make price recommendations for new products based on analysis of unit costs and projected future expenses.  Responsible for recording COGS, manufacturing variances, and preparing any other entries that correspond with monthly activity.  Works on a wide variety of complex tasks.  Requires a BS degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years experience in costing.  Must be proficient in Excel and Access.  ASK MAN MAN experience preferred.  Must be a team player and enjoy working in a progressive environment.  Reports to the Cost Accounting Manager.

General Accounting Manager

Responsible for the management and maintenance of general accounting systems providing records of assets, liabilities, and financial transactions.  Maintains or oversees the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers of the company, financial statements, bank reconciliation’s, and general tax reports.  Directly supervises accountants and clerks in the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.  Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and five years experience including supervision.  Reports to the Controller.

 

HUMAN RESOURCES:

Human Resources Administrator

Under general direction, is responsible for the administration and coordination of all Human Resource functions.  Must have a strong background in the administration of 401(k) as well as Employee Benefits.  Must have well developed written and oral communication skills, and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.  Requires a Business Administration or Human Resources discipline, excellent MS Word and Excel computer skills, and a minimum of 3 years experience.  Reports to the Director of Human Resources.
